It is not a router issue.
I have two Samsung S23Plus's in the house plus a iPhone 15 Pro Max and they work perfectly.
Visitors that come into the house and use the WIFI on their non-S22 or S23 Ultra phones have no issues.
It is and has been a very specific antenna related hardware/software problem that Samsung had not addressed as of August.
I was just checking to see if there was any movement since then.

It's your router settings. Turn off BSS Transition. Problem solved. Has nothing to do with the phone. Wifi 6 works flawlessly on my S23 plus.

For me the issue finally went away after the One UI 6 update. I also replaced my Asus AX88U afterwards to get 2.5 gigabit LAN and WAN and haven't seen the issue again with the new WiFi 6E/7 router.

The router (and the related extenders) work flawlessly with Dell XPS laptops, MacBooks plus the iPhone & Samsung 22 and 23 Plus.
I do not want to or should have to do anything with my router to accommodate the purported Samsung flagship phone.
I will either solve this problem or get an iPhone in January.

Again, our issue is why do we have to replace anything to accommodate a Samsung flaw?

You're something special. BSS isn't supported in many devices and can cause connection issues. How about dropping your pompous attitude and turn off the setting on your router and give it a try. My device works flawlessly. Some routers have this on my default and it shouldn't. So either try the simple fix or keep crying like a whiny baby.
