Hello I recently bought the s23ultra and have since been having continuos issues with the dex screen flickering black.
I have tried multiple different methods cleaning the ports, changing the wires, changing the monitors, the dex station, usbc to hdmi hubs, and now im just using usbc to usbc. Ive tried different cables, cleared my cache, and even reset my phone. This was not an issue on my s22+, my note 10p, my s21 or any other samsung device i have had in the past. It seems to be a software issue and no one yet has been able to solve the problem. I started a new job and rely on samsung dex while im at my desk to utilize my phone with a mouse and keyboard. Please if you have nay advice help me to resolve this issue.

I've got had the same issue,
the solution that works for me is to connect the device to the wifi first before you start to run Dex mode.

there maybe some Power issue that never been solved by samsung RnD
