I've noticed recently that the volume on my s23 ultra has suddenly become lower. I have to have it up near 75 per cent to be able to listen to music, that would have been too loud on my s21 ultra. Has anyone else suffered anything similar

@marky2010  If you go to Settings-Sound and Vibrations-Sound Quality and Effects-try the Different options in Equaliser to see if that makes any difference.  could check the Diagnostics via Samsung Members-Support.

To clear the cache partition follow these steps:

3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.
