S23 Ultra USB for file transfer not showing up

There is a bug whereby the USB for file transfer not showing up after plugging USB to the laptop. It only allows you to charge the phone. Without the detection, you are unable to transfer file (phone to laptop) or use Android Auto. The only workaround is to plug on the USB and restart your phone, then the USB for file transfer will only show up.

You need to pull down at top of phone screen for the USB options.
Or are you using a rooted phone?

It won't show up the USB option when pull down. It just showing charging. My phone is not rooted.

I have check all the system notification is turn on, doesn't seem to be the notification problem. 

I think quite high likely it is a bugs of the OS. 

If I perform the workaround status above it do works, the USB do show up. However I don't think I want to restart my phone each I want to use Android auto.

Yes all these photos taken as of today. I had tried the workaround numerous times, I am able to produce the USB notifications. If I unplug and plug again, then it won't work anymore. 

I had update my software to the latest version available.
