S23 Ultra pre-order deals

I have pre-orderered my S23 Ultra, but don't know how to use any of the benefits that come with it. The benefits such as the discounts on other Galaxy devices and the free 6 months for Disney+. How can I claim these benefits. I might have made things harder for myself by ordering my phone as a guest on the Samsung website instead of doing it while logged in on my Samsung account. Or should I have claimed it then and there when I was ordering it?

Same mistake I done, i can't see my order details in account. I was thinking to contact samsung customer support team, hope they will be able to help regarding this matter

To get the discount, I'm sure you had to purchase items together at the same time. The Disney+ you can claim through boost.

That's correct, you should have bought the accessories together with the phone to get 10% off the whole order. Also, if you had ordered a case, you'd have gotten 30% off the case. Disney+ you claim separately at any time.

Link to the shop via the email, that should then bring your order details, or browse to the samsung shop and without logging in go to the right hand side, find the drop down with 'orders' in it, follow that link and enter your order number and post code in the boxes when prompted and it will take you to your order details.

Once there confirm you can cancel...

Then, open new page in the browser, Open Samsung Members, log in, go to shop, buy Another Phone, this time add the case etc to the order (you may even find they are now offering the phone itself at a much cheaper price than it was on day one) DONT FORGET TO MAKE SURE YOUR LOGGED IN AT POINT OF SALE
Complete sale etc then once the email confirmation is thru go to the still open page and cancel the first order.... Refund goes back on card.

The parcel box contains a QR code for 15% off Watch and Buds.... But it doesn't work and takes you to their shop where you're expected to enter a discount code you don't have... Doh!
