My battery usage has been in par to the last update @BarryDot however battery stats and usage time's is a subjective topic as we all set up our phone's differently and use them differently and use different apps etc.
Have a look in your Device Care Section under Battery to see what's using your battery.
If you see a particular app that is using more than usual then you can put it into your sleep or deep sleep Section and or delete it.
If you don't see anything out of place and your network connection is similar then look at the following.
> Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.
As a last resort back up and factory reset.

Hello, I also have an s23 ultra 512gb, since I got it (two weeks ago) I have experienced very bad battery performance, 6 hours 30 minutes on the screen. Can you recommend something?

For me the same too. From loading once every two days to less then 10 hours with the same phone usage. Even more frustrating is there is no clue what is eating up the battery. Overnight I am losing 10%. Sometimes it randomly drops 10%.
