I have tried everything. My s23 ultra refuses to fast charge. This has happened previously on my s22 ultra and I remember making posts about the exact same issue. I don't know why Samsung are doing this

They isn't any reason why it shouldn't do superfast or fast charging. I'ts either your charger or the phone itself.

Mine still fast charges. Samsung clearly hasn't disabled it
More likely to be your charger or lead. Maybe both.
If you are using third party charging products, quite often you can get comparability issues or faults.
I just use Samsung ones now as they are reliable with my phones
Or settings have been changed
If non of these then try wiping the Partition Cashe on the phone
I've known third party apps like security ones that can disable things like the fast charging

If you have wireless charger try it as well make sure the fast wireless charging option is on. You mist have Samsung or Belkin or any other Samsung approved 15w wireless charger. If it works that wired fast charging should work too. There is a high chance that your cable is broken. Or check usb port is there any moist/dust in there. Charger itself should be okay.

I'd say it's your charger. Mine is doing the same and I think it's to do with the cold or more specifically condensation.
