S23 Ultra Mobile Network Not Available

So about less than two months ago after system update, my SIM card stopped working randomly, Can't recieve or make calls, But i can get 4G network and connect to the internet without any problem. tried multiple solutions but nothing.

So i switched SIM from Slot 1 to Slot 2 and worked fine for like 2 weeks then same problem happened again. No calls out or in, but the internet works fine and the phone recognize the sim card.

Finally, i switched it to Esim, and guess what it worked fine for a couple of hours and then same problem happened. I cant make any phone calls i get not registered to network but the 4g network works just fine.

Please know that i tried : reseting network, manually/automatically choosing my network, cleaning sim, switching phone off on.

Is the phone meant to be used for your region

Yes I think so, i bought the phone from UAE and using it currently in Tunisia.

Are there any prompts or messages when you insert a sim? Asking for codes etc

I too have network issues with IDMOBILE. Before I was with Three and thought it would be just as good as its used the same network but too struggles indoors for calls and Internet. Outside can be a hassle too, having to turn mobile on airplane mode on and off to make phone calls

I also have the same problem with my 23 ultra, it had been working fine until a month ago, tried everything recommended but there's no permanent fix. So frustrated, the phone is basically useless at this point

So true, the phone s24 ultra seems useless though being (Ai )and what-not features it is useless. I think I will stick to iphone.

Well, I just got my sorted. I called my sim service provider to replace the new sim with the same number works fantastically well .
