S23 ultra dual sim problem

Hi, I added a second sim card but now can't make calls use the first one.

Any advice?

Hi @KRRK 

Are you using two physical sim cards may I ask ?

If so look in your Sim Card Manager to set what you'd like both to do.

And you can also choose which sim to use in your phone app to make calls.

If your using a physical sim and an esim then the physical sim needs to be in sim slot 1.

Do both of the physical sim cards work fine if on their own in the phone ?

Does your network(s) have any limitations imposed that may hinder dual sim usage ?

Is all showing as it should in your Sim Manager ?

Is signal stable to allow calls ?

I know it's lots of questions !

Hi, update, switching off VoLTE seems to have helped 🙂

If you recently added a new esim it takes some time for it to work properly its normal should be perfect in about a week give it time to configure and setup properly
