S23 Plus Charging Problems

My S23 Plus is having problems charging.
Phone charges slowly 2+ hours. Tried various Usb C cables and 3 different chargers including 45a one.
Also it is not recognised by Pc or laptop anymore, so can't backup.
Usb port is free of any dust/foreign material.
Phone will charge wirelessly ok. 
In phone diagnosis for usb port it says "Action Required"
Could it be a problem with an update, although seems more like a usb problem?

Suggestions what to do

@Tone-M If the diagnostics has come back saying this needs action, this most likely will need inspecting by an engineer.

If I book a repair, do I need to reset the phone..I can't backup via usb! I'm not sure if Samsung cloud backs up secure folder and wallet notes ect. Obviously not going to send it with personal data on it?

@Tone-M , Maintenance Mode might be a workable alternative to a full reset in your instance. Does it show up in phone diagnostics as *Action Required..
