I have a Samsung galaxy s23+ and my phone speaker works perfectly fine

I was about to order new galaxy earbuds as I thought my current ones had stopped working due to the volume on my left ear bud being significantly lower than the right.
However I connected my phone to my car via usb and the same thing happend with my car speakers.

Only thing I can think of is there is an issue with the Bluetooth connection somehow

I'm pretty tech savy and can usually fix issue but this one has stumped me

Any ideas?

Check maybe under heating enhancements how the levels are set

Brilliant mate thanks a bunch! Spoke to Samsung direct over the phone and the advisor didn't seem to care much. His solution was factory reset but wasn't willing to do that as I knew it was something else.
Really appreciate the support

@dougall360: Just to clarify, were you able to resolve your issue by heading to Settings > Accessibility > Hearing enhancements > Left/right sound balance, and centralising the balance slider for 'Connected audio' and 'Phone speakers'?

That's correct yea however I have never touched those settings so unsure what triggered it to change the balance

I began having this issue after updating to OneUI 6.1 and have never touched or known about those settings.  Thank you for posting the solution, it solved my frustration.  You're a Rock Star!
