S23 One UI 7 update - please post all queries and thoughts in here

I am in the UK and have been eagerly anticipating this update for years. I have a few questions. First, why is Samsung unable to release the update for all devices? Second, why haven't I received the update yet? It has been four days, and I am still waiting. Finally, if I do not receive the update today, when can I expect it for my S23? I would be grateful for any assistance. If you have the official UK release date for the S23, please share a picture and answer my questions. Thank you!

Already has restarted, expect the S23 to receive it from 22nd April as the S24 is still receiving there's

Will not be till next month for the S21 Series and there is no Beta.
