S23+ Not showing Outlook notifications

My S23+ is not showing Outlook notifications, all the settings are correct. Other notifications are working including strangely Outlook from the 'Company Portal' part of Microsoft InTune suite.

I've restarted device, cleared the Outlook Cache and Data (App info) uninstalled and reinstalled but no luck.

Any ideas?

Mysteriously started working, no idea why or how.
