s23+ no ultra fast charge - range 6w to 14w max speed

My S23+ is not ultra fast charge anymore. 

I have 2 S23+, one is charging at >23w and the other is hovering around 6w to 14w only using the exact same wire and charger. Both are updated to latest 6.1 version, bought just 3 months apart. The slower one some times gets intermittently disconnected from charging and immediately restart the charge again. 

I can't figure out what's wrong with the slower phone and super fast charge is already on in the battery setting. 

any advice please?

Could be a dodgy port might be worth speaking to samsung and seeing if they can repair it under warranty

I have the same problem, but with my s23 ultra. If you turn off you phone it will charge at max speed normally, i think this issue are only software based, because the charge  speed are only limited to 12w when the temperature slightly increase from the ambient temp, so the problem problably is caused by some bas thermal calibration on the software side.
