There is no system sound

I have this annoying problem. I have samsung galaxy s23, I have system sound While playing another media for example YouTube video etc. But otherwise there is no system sound even WhatsApp notification sound, keyboard sound, nothing. This is so frustrating sometimes ı cant see important notifications on time .

I try everthing even factory reset but nothing changed. I like this Phone but There shouldn't be such a stupid bug in this day and age so I think I Will return it.

(Do not disturb is off, I have try safe Mode and nothing changed, dowloaded last update)

Have you tried this:

Press the volume up or down button. When the volume slider appears, press the 3 dots to open out the full sound volume options. In there will be a separate slider for system volume. See if this is all the way down (it should be the far left slider, the spanner icon). Thanks to you, I discovered mine has been on mute all the time 😆
