S23 Fe app notification noises being picky

Some apps on my s23 fe will not make notification sounds or even vibrate including

Instagram, outlook, ebay, WhatsApp and occasionalaly YouTube. I have reinstalled these apps changed noises ect and it's all the same. Also reset cache partition on device but I still don't get notification sounds! 

Any further help?

Hi thank you for this. I managed to fix eventually by going thru galaxy wearable the option to mute phone when the watch is active was on despite never turning it on
