Looking for advice. S23 ultra. Keep getting the message saying my s pen isn't connected. Tried a reset in general management.

Hi there,
I recommend a clear cache recovery process on your phone first

Hi there, Go to Settings, then Advanced features, then S Pen, then Air actions, then tap the more options icon, and finally Reset S Pen,
Check for third party magnetic covers that might interfere with your s pen, try to turn power saving mode, if nothing helps try to do wipe cache partition
Turn off your phone, connect to PC, macbook etc then press and hold volumeup and power button until samsung logo appears then quickly release power button and keep holding on volume up until boot menu appears then with volume down button navigate to wipe cache partition press power button and restart your phone.

Hello @ricardo1076

May I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋

Has the advice already given helped at all to resolve this issue  🤔

https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-solve-s-pen-connection-issues.

There is a diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything.

If not then send feedback via your Samsung Members App to see if Samsung can help.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
