I can hear when anyone calls but they can't hear me. I've tried everything but nothing works. Help please

Hi there 👋 Ensure that both Call Audio and Media Audio settings are activate, then try go to Settings >sound and vibration >separate app sound>turn on now>audio device select Bluetooth as
Also when on call make sure volume is all the way up also when on call swipe down to quic panel then click on mic mode and select it voice only see if any of that helps1730758053533.jpg1730758242605.jpg1730758242629.jpg

I tried everything. But still didn't work. I couldn't even see the mic mode on my quick panel. I saw just mode. And it's showing sleep

Remove and redo bluetooth connection. Restart phone. What brand earbuds?

Are you experiencing any issues with alternative Bluetooth earbuds  / headphones  ?

Of others are working then there cpuld be an issue with the earbuds themselves.

haven't tried other earbuds ad that's just the only pair I've got
