I've changed network and everything as transferred, but the RCS chats is still not connected. It's still saying setting up after 24 hours .I've tried everything but no luck.

Which messaging app are you using @BenaOneill28_ 🤔 

I ask as Rcs I believe has been discontinued on Samsung Messages which might be the issue. 

Also how did you transfer your information over to the new phone  ?

For example I use Samsung Cloud which does move everything over apart from the Gallery.

I've changed to tesco sim contract, I gave them the pac code to transfer my number ,all that's been done .it's just the RCS isn't setting up ,it does support RCS because I was chatting to Tesco customer service. I've tried everything they told me but nothing worked .it was working fine on my old network so can't understand why not now .

As frustrating as it is, it may just require some patience. Sometimes there is nothing you can do to force it into working. leaving it alone and waiting. It should eventually start working as it should. Note could be 24 hours to 10 days.

Thank you I was going do a factory reset and start a fresh ,but don't no if that will work .

I would make sure all apps are updated and device on latest updates. Honestly, just a case of waiting i think. Fingers crossed it's connected within the 10 days or even earlier 🤞

If you changed network providers it can take 24hrs or more to be up and running properly
