Postage and Packing instructions missing

Hello, would somebody be kind enough to post the instructions I need for sending my trade-in devices off to Samsung please?

I'm in the UK, I have the "Tracking" sticker but no instructions on how to pack it all up for sending, thank you.

They normally send the return instructions in the post with a return envelope and postage label

Thank you for your reply. I have had a bag etc sent in the post in the past with previous trade-ins but this time there is a returns sticker and piece of paper in the box the phone arrived in saying "Refer to the Postage and Packing instructions", so I was guessing it's different this time around, maybe I'm wrong but seems unusual to send the returns sticker?

They send you a bag separately.
The return in the box is to send the new phone back of you don't want it, it isn't for sending the old one back.

I received my envelope today to return my old phone, best of contacting customer service for them to resend.

This is the piece of paper, it says for sending in the trade-in device or am I just getting things really confused?

Thank you, I think I'll have to, I thought there might have been just some instructions as per my photo but I was surprised there wasn't a bag for me to send the items off in, many thanks for your reply.

I have the same did you not have a bag with this inside the box of your new device no?

I received the same today. Why wouldn't they inclose the return bag in the box?
