My phone has not updated since March 2024. It shows there is another software update available in my Settings Panel. However, when I click on "Download and Install", a message pop up says "Connecting to Server, please wait", and then it shows a small up arrow on the top left of my screen. About 10 seconds later, the arrow goes away, and no update occurs. When I try to navigate to my Samsung account through my phone, there is a log in error message that tells me to check my Samsung account, when I click on that, it tells me to "change my outdated password". So, I clicked on that, and it says "Check your network connection and try again". Is there a problem going on that I am not aware of? Nothing is working, and my phone will not connect to Samsung for assistance. Please help. And, no this is not a "restart your phone" issue. That does not work.

@NeonMermaid616: Have you tried connecting to another Wi-Fi network, a friend or family members, to eliminate the possibility of a network issue with your current Wi-Fi router? If so, and if the issue persists, then you may wish to try using Smart Switch on a home computer (PC or Mac) to see if you're able to update your phone.

Once installed, open Smart Switch, connect your phone using the USB cable that came packaged with the device, and look for an update prompt on the landing page, next to your device details.
