Plug into a working PC or laptop or other Samsung device and try a cache partition wipe
https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/
Also try hard resetting
With the device powered up, Hold the Volume down button and Power button simultaneously for 10 seconds. The screen will go off. Continue to hold buttons until the device vibrates and the Samsung logo appears. Release buttons. Device will reboot. Once done, please check if the issue is resolved.

Just to add that wiping the cache partition can help with lags/freezes and is recommended after updates. Some temporary cache files can become outmoded or in some cases corrupt. Whilst these files are deleted your Data is intact. If performing a Factory Reset ensure your Data is backed up beforehand.

Hi @starshine
Is this issue happening in your local area or everywhere you go 🤔
I ask as the current issues might be connected to a network mast issue or mast congestion.
A good troubleshooting step is to try your sim card in another phone and then see what happens.
And if possible try another sim card in your phone.
You can also perform a network reset via Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Connections.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
