So wanted to share this with you to ask if you think this is right and also ask what do you think I should do going forward.

My samsung galaxy S23 Ultra phone has been having a few issues last few weeks and I noticed a few apps i haven't downloaded and that I cant uninstall either as well as it also been really baggy, so today took my phone back to o2 where I purchased it from to ask for some help on this matter.
First of all they said it was my case lol even though I had the case since I had the phone which I might add is nearly 2 years ๐Ÿ˜… then was asked to take a seat with a tech guy who took a deeper look into my device and he said looks like it might have a deeper virus and that they couldn't do anything and to go across the road to a shop where I have to pay to get it removed and say he sent me and I might get a discount to remove said deep virus ๐Ÿ˜•
Now first of all of this is the case why cant o2 remove this if that being the case or better still why should I actually be paying for this myself when im on a contract with o2 and brought my device from them ๐Ÿค”

Any help would be appreciated thanks in advance ๐Ÿ™

I wouldn't say it's a virus. But you can disable some of the system apps. I have it as well on my phone. Shouldn't really cause a concern.

I don't have any disabled as it would impact some of the system apps. Likewise, system apps shouldn't be a concern. As long as you don't download any apps from the Internet and stick to google Play Store then you should be safe. Ensure that play protect is enabled as well as app protection. If your concerned then enable auto blocker with maximum restrictions.
