Oneui 7 sucks

I've had it for a few minutes and already hate it, it's laggier and it reduces video and camera quality

I bought from back market since Samsung doesn't sell s23s new anymore nor at the time and it was going to be too expensive anyway

I have tried all of the things you reccomended and it hasn't helped. My phones battery is awful now because of oneui 7

I updated my S24+ and my tab s8+ both to ui7 , both stutter , no smooth at all
