Samsung has not released security update for the August yet

Does that mean it will come with beta?

Currently we don't know.
The August patch should come separately.
As most owners won't be part of the Beta Program
I would think it should be no more than a few days.
But no date yet

In Germany the One UI 6.0 beta update is approximately 3GB and it came with the August patch.

I know the August software update is out for the S22 series so it won't be long to be released for the S23 series. As for the beta version it's still unclear
