The updates are rolling out in batches.
So when your phone will get it will depend on the specifics of your device

It was just released in South Korea this morning according to Sammobile.com site so you can expect it will come to other countries very soon.

Nobody in the UK has the S23. I can't imagine too long of a wait.

According to reports the stable release was first available to  devices enrolled in the Beta programme , since rolled out to other devices in South Korea though and should be available globally soon.

Why are people so impatient
Android 15 has only been available 6 months or so
It's not like Samsung is a mainstream provider
Please people have some patience
As the Mods or cheerleaders will tell you , it will be here when it's here
No bugs though
