Whilst I initially thought this issue had been fixed, now I'm not sure.
The taskbar icons only move in relation to the clock digits having different spacing between the different numbers.
For example, the space required to display a zero is greater than the space required for a one.
As the clock digits change, icons next to the clock move slightly to accommodate the space required for the digit change.
This is NOT the same pixel shift that was in effect before Samsung broke the feature with one of their updates. This implementation shifted every icon a set number of pixels in random directions every couple of minutes.
If you want proof that it's still not fixed, move the clock to the right side of the taskbar (via QuickStar module in Good lock) and set up do not disturb, the DND icon permanently stays in the same place (top left) and does not move at all as it's nowhere near the clock.
If you disable the clock from the taskbar entirely, none of the icons move, ever.
