On Samsung Galaxy s23plus, how many Apps can be keep opened?

I only just can keep one App open.

No more.

Is It correct, or It Is a Bug??

On the picture, just wazzup with the lock. Not possible to do the same on other Apps.

I think in split screen you can, say watching YouTube on top screen and looking at a news app on the bottom screen.

No, I was disappointed to find that you can't, I think it is still possible on galaxy tabs though.
