I've been using my old S105g recently for waze, as it has screen burn which I will never fix. My S23 ultra is my main which never gets used for maps. What I miss holding the S105g is, how much lighter it is and better to hold in your hand. I really miss this elegant design. I don't mind a curved screen, or a flat one. And miss how the camera housing was straight, so you could lay down the phone on it's back without it rocking. The weight is such a game changer. Surely they can stop making heavy flagships. Recently, I've seen pictures of the upcoming S25 ultra and I prefer it to the S23 ultra shape. Just want them to stay well away from the iPhone shape. I'd love Samsung to make those elegant phones again with a massive weight reduction. I'm sure it's possible. I love playing with my S23 ultra but, would prefer it to be much much lighter. It's starting to get annoying now.
That's the end of my mini rant lol...

I know what you mean, I own the s23 ultra. I was selected to test the Z Flip 6 by the members team. I really didn't know just how heavy the s23 ultra was until I had the Z flip 6 in my hand. Pleasantly comfortable 😂

I prefer the way Samsung are moving with at the moment to take the Ultra Series of phone's back to the way Samsung Notes were aesthetically,  however I submit that's not what everyone wants @facu1ty

I miminise the rocking via using a case.

As for the weight of the phone's I'm used to using Notes ,and then the Ultra Series of phone's so I've become accustomed to them.

I think all considered the weight of my s²² Ultra,  s²³ Ultra and s²⁴ Ultra are balanced.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

Lol. Yeah I held the flip in my hand aswell as the fold which I preferred. The flip was so light.

I agree 👍🏻 the S25 ultra design looks appealing. Adding a case to minimise rocking just adds to the weight. I always take my case off when I'm at home. Nice to enjoy the phone in all it's glory. I was looking at the note 10 ultra yesterday (just for fun), and can't believe it only weighed 196g! That's mental considering what they weigh now. I'm also used to my S23 ultra, but really don't like how heavy it is. I'm sure they can make them much lighter if they tried. BTW, my old S105g has a tiny micro scratch on it. Never used screen protector on it. That old gorilla glass was brilliant for avoiding micro scratches. Again, I do love the S23 ultra. It's a fun device to play with and watch content on. But am sticking to my weight issue lol.. 👍🏻🙋🏻 ♂️
