One UI 6.1 - always on display brightness adjustability has gone

after this update the always on display brightness adjustability has gone mow i cant see the clock why take away features angry

Hi there, i found changing my lock screen clock to something else then changing it back to the original helped in terms of seeing it. no idea about the brightness though.

If you go into the support section on the Members App and leave feedback there for development teams to see.
More people that do the better.
If they get enough feedback to prompt getting this adjustment back

It's permanently set to auto brightness... Before you could manually adjust it.

AOD brightness adjustability, the option to have the AOD in landscape mode, and coloured AOD notification icons have all been removed. One UI 6.1 is a significant downgrade for the AOD.

I have the same problem. I had the "Always On Display" set to full brightness but UI 6.1 set it so dim that I need a magnifying glass to read it and the option to make it bright is gone. I am very unhappy that Samsung did this. I called technical support to complain. I was told they are aware of the issue but unless enough people complain, they will not fix it.

How is this a sensible upgrade?!? Plain dumb decision to take the AOD brightness level option away. My SamsungFE20 5.1ui felt better than this.
