ONE U.I. 7 S23U Charging Issues

Just updated, first charging post update...been charging for an hour and charged not even 20% (1% - 19% currently) using an original 45W adapter + cable. This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm so upset. Wish there was a way to go back to 6.1. This is crazy. Feels illegal, like I don't even own what I bought, just got effed over with software. Horrid.

I took it to the tech guy, charging port is perfect clean and soldered 100%

I have same issue 8hrs to charge if I turn the charger round says 1hr then changes to 3hrs but actually take about 5hrs to get to 80 percent, tried everything nothing works, battery doesn't last as long now if gets down to 30 percent will be empty in 1hr

Reddit is filled with people all having the exact same problem since the UI update. 

I can't charge my s22 ultra since the update.  All normal chargers no longer work.  It takes a day to "fast charge" and hours to drain.  My s10 - which i refuse to update - has been working longer than my s22u. I can't use the phone anymore and have tried EVERYTHING to fix. 

Samsung have run out of chances.  Next phone will be something new.

This response isn't right nor fair.  Plenty of people have tried everything to resolve.  The internet is literally filled with complaints. Because YOU'RE not experiencing a problem doesn't mean the problem is not real.

Fast charging has been enabled.  Other trouble shooting said to toggle on and off.  Nothing works. 

Literally plugged my phone into a normal charger and for 5hrs, didn't even charge.

Mine has started now too. Saying water in charging port when there isn't. And my partners samsung tablet is doing the same!
Absolute joke!!
