Hi @rkanwar
My phone is on the July update and find my volume for both ringtone and notifications to be the same as before
Are you using a custom sound you've downloaded ? If so can you change the sound to a pre loaded option to see how loud it is then.
Please check your speakers for debris and run the diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App.
If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care. 😎

I just purchased a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, it's two (2) days old. I can increase the ringtone level setting to the highest possible setting and the ringtone produces the desired audio level. However, the ringtone reverts back to a barely audible level with the next incoming call. I have reset the factory settings and turned the phone off and restarted it; nothing nseems to solve the barely audio ringtone problem. Is this a known problem? Can I demand a new phone from the retailer? What options do I have for a resolution to this problem?

Hi, thanks foryour comments. It turns out the ringtone issue was due to user error. I was unkowingly turning the volume down by hitting the volune buttons on the side of the cell phone. The cell phone retail representative disengaged the volume buttons. I now need to activate the phone through my security access code before the buttons will activate; that has rectified the ringtone problem.
