No notification USB menu on S23 Ultra so no OTG, no transfer. Only charge

When I plug any USB OTG card reader or USB-C cable between 2 phones, or HD... or... between phone and computer I NEVER had the USB notification menu where you chose Transfer or charge,....

I tried different card reader, different USB memory. NOTHING 

I open the USB de​bogging and choose transfer on USB default setting : NOTHING 

I made a factory reset : NOTHING

I also have a Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra and the card reader, Hd,..... that I use on this tablet... doesn't work on my S23 Ultra.

I NEVER see the little usb icon in notification.. nothing appears like I haven't plug in anything in the USB C port 

Only charge is working

My problem has been solved.

Install EX File Explorer on the phone.

In the dial pad enter *#0808#

select RNDIS + DM + Modem and save.

Then try  reset the phone settings.

Open Settings. Search reset. And select reset all settings. After phone restarted. Enter again *#0808# and choose MTP and save.

Now connect the otg storage device.

I have the same issue. It drives me mad. I try to connect an USB storage stick or drive to my S23 ultra and I cannot change to host from my phone. It shows me the files on the external drive, but I cannot add a new file or transfer pics. I have already changed it in the developer settings, but it still does not work. I bought an otg adapter cable which does not solve the problem so I am really disappointed that such an expensive phone causes such trouble with just trying to transfer data!
