No network connection on S23Ultra after November update

After installing a software update on the 18th of November on my Galaxy S23 Ultra, my phone has been unable to maintain connection to the mobile network. It disconnects every few minutes and displays 'Emergency Calls Only'. The only workaround is to either restart the phone or enable then disable airplane mode. However, this only resolves the issue temporarily. I have tried all troubleshooting steps I can find online but none have worked. I have spoken to my network operator, and they have informed me that this is a Samsung issue. They’ve had several other customers raising the same problem. I’ve also spoken to other Galaxy users who have had the same experience.

Had same issue until yesterday. Try to get another Access Point Names from your provider and add it to your phone. Also switch network mode from 5G to 4G. Just give it a try. I got mine working for now.

Switching from 5G to 4G stopped the problem on my S23. However, that means I no longer have 5G.

i have the  same  problem . why the  region is  important , my phone is an exported from germany. do you have any clue for reason why i keep loosing my mobile internet connection.

i to have  same  issue  after december . 2 month . my phone do every thing but not a phone   work. Mobile data heavyly  broke, even calls are broke, i m not available or  they cant  hear me or  i cant hear them, and signal bars look full .Mobile data some times work mostly not work.  i tried  all like ElectricChiken ,and  any thing didnt work.  My phone from germany i live in Turkey and my IMEI legal . Nothing work. i was so pround with samsung like a fanatic , now i feel shame before angy. i dont think this is a hardware problem 😞

Nothing to do with Samsung in your case. Whatever you had to do to make it work, on the phone designed for different market, in Turkey broke.

Hi, did you ever solve this issue? The same thing has happened to my s23 ultra after the update and no of the suggested fixes have worked so far.
