After installing a software update on the 18th of November on my Galaxy S23 Ultra, my phone has been unable to maintain connection to the mobile network. It disconnects every few minutes and displays 'Emergency Calls Only'. The only workaround is to either restart the phone or enable then disable airplane mode. However, this only resolves the issue temporarily. I have tried all troubleshooting steps I can find online but none have worked. I have spoken to my network operator, and they have informed me that this is a Samsung issue. They’ve had several other customers raising the same problem. I’ve also spoken to other Galaxy users who have had the same experience.

SIM seems to be working fine in other devices, but I'll give it a go if I can't find an alternative. Reason I'm convinced it's the update is that the issue started as soon as I booted after installing it. I had very stable network connection before then.
As an aside, appreciate how much you've been helping on this! 😀

Finally got round to replacing the SIM, but hasn't fixed the issue sadly.

Just installed, sadly hasn't fixed my issue either. Haven't found anyone online who's had luck sending their phone of for repair either. So this might be my last venture with Samsung sadly.
