Since changing S21 Ultra for S23 Ultra, I'm not receiving any Nest App notifications. Notifications all still coming through on the S21, and all settings are correct on the S23 to receive.
See a few Nest App reviews and comments elsewhere referencing this so presume a One UI 5.1 related bug (or Nest App bug uncovered in latest).

Not sure exactly what resolved this but now working.
Put app into 'never sleep' list, and set battery options for app to unrestricted.
Wasn't clear that those two resolved it... But sometime after a reboot, notifications now appear to be working.
