Is it normal to have this high of system storage? Its almost half of my 256GB storage is used. How to clear it up?

System should take around 47gb. Well for me that how much it takes, I have a s21 + 256gb with one ui 5.

You won't be able to delete anything from system I am afraid. Maybe a factory reset will work

On your apps type '' MY files '' it will show everything you have downloaded and you can delete videos etc and it will send them to recycle bin there you can empty what you deleted, should free up your storage 😉

use a backup for vids and stuff. as for the unusually high system. backup to the cloud not the device....

Try backing up your important files and do a factory reset.
If that doesn't work, the one UI 6 will fix the issue.
On my s23 ultra before the one UI 6 BETA update I had 60 something gigabit as system, now its only 17.64 gigabit.

I'd show you what my system is using, but this latest OneUI beta build seems to not show me information when trying to access it.
