Modes & Routines Stuck on Loading

Modes & Routines is stuck on loading. I have cleared cache & data, uninstalled recent update and had to reinstall it, restarted my phone, force stopped. And installed Software 17. I now can't even get it to load to customize my modes the way they were before the non-loading. It's extremely frustrating as I use them daily!

Phone: Samsung Galaxy 23 Ultra

I had to get remote help from Samsung to remedy this. Looks like they just isolated the modes and routines app for now, as it's still not working.  Ar least I can use everything else now. 🙂

as of 22/09/2025 my app has been fixed with a new update! check the Samsung store

thanks. just uninstalled the apk from apkmirror that i installed few days ago so things can work, and installed the fixed version from galaxy store. needed to import my routines back from backup, but now all works fine. thanks.
