Anyone know how to disable the media output,casting just don't wanted connect all the time when I turn my WiFi on.

Have you looked into why it starts every time you switch your wifi on because that's not normal behaviour. I have the S23U and it doesn't pop up just because I turn my WiFi on.
Swipe down from the top of the phones screen and tap the Media output button. What devices are shown in the list?

Just wanted turn off man,they always try to connect to nearby devices.

Hi, @Axo. Which options do you get when you drag your Quick panel down > Click Media output > Click the cog/gear icon on the top right > Wi-Fi speaker playback preferences?

If you choose Casting or Mirroring (the alternative to what is currently selected), does this help change the behaviour?

There's a setting you can turn off. Settings>connections >more connection settings. Toggle off 'Nearby device scanning'
