Same thing happened to my galaxy s23 ultra and my phone stucked in July update. My Google wallet is not opening may be because of that issue

I knew before Jeff made his video about the problem. My S22ultra is on still on the October patch but some have been stuck since July or before that. Google blames Samsung, they blame Google. Everything was fine till Samsung rolled out the horrible Android 14 that's buggered most of our phones with the endless bugs it's caused, iv'e encountered a few since I did mine!

Yes but it's months out of date. You device should be on showing November at least. There is an issue.

My S23 Ultra showed I was on the 1 July update. I tried to update, downloaded an eight MB file, restarted my phone, Samsung then went through optimizing my apps or updating One UI 6, but nothing was changed. 

I assume this will be corrected soon since this now is rather common knowledge.

If I go back and click on Google Play system update, I then see a new screen informing it's Checking for update which doesn't go anywhere.

It's now working on my Tab S8 Ultra. Updated to 1 November 2023
