Hi dear team, my S23Ultra today doesn't let me play any game, any tips?

If you restart the phone does it work

Yes I did restart, did not work, I restart in safe move doesn't work wither.
I think the Ai of my phone already know it will be upgraded to a new S24 Ultra in few days so it does everything to make it slower
