I can't be heard when a call is routed through a phone tree

I'm on an S23 Ultra. When I call anything with a phone tree, people can't hear me properly. When they call me back it's fine. My husband has the same issue on his version of the same phone. We're based in the UK on ID mobile.

Did you ever get to the bottom of this?

I have the same phone, on Smarty mobile, and the same issues. 

Doctors, bank, call centres. But otherwise everything is fine.
