Not all Network's provide Delivery Reports.

If your using Samsung Messages then launch the app > 3 little dots in the top Rh Corner > Settings > More Settings > Toggle On Show when delivered.

Look in the message settings and enable it if your network provider supports it

So I have the s23 ultra. I am on 02. I have completed all settings for the text message notifications, but I still do not receive any. When you check the details on the individual text message, it says "requested" where it should show delivery failed or delivered.
