They'll send you a link to use to pay the amount being asked for.
I think it was a company called MTR who sent the communication with the link.
You maybe able to phone them on 03332079676.

This happened when I traded in a phone and they found a stuck pixel so I had to pay a small amount back.

@amrutaa: The terms and conditions state, in the event that you do not return your trade in device, that a sum equal to the discount you received will be automatically deducted from your payment card. As per the above, you may wish to reach out to MTR on t MTR on 0333 207 9676 or helpdesk@samsungrecycle.co.uk to make them aware that you will not be returning your existing device, to avoid any action being taken, such as remotely locking your Galaxy S23.
