Help galaxy store broken

I factory reset my s23 ultra to try and resolve a few performance bugs I was having. The phone is running much much better now, however the galaxy store is throwing up an error whenever I am on mobile data. If I am on WiFi it seems to work? I even factory reset the phone a second time to try and resolve this issue but it is still the same. I have tried the usual clear cache and clear data in the app settings but no luck. Galaxy store version is 4.5.67.6 and I am on one ui 6.

Yes that's the issue I'm having so this is a known bug? It's not just my device?

The best and simplest way to repair this issue, for those having more than one Galaxy mobile, is to extract an updated and working version of the file after deleating cache and data (to get a clean file) and copy it to a flash drive. Then, insert the flash drive on to the mobile with the issue, and just double click the .apk to install in on the mobile. This always works, and don't even need rebooting.
