I flashed my S23Ultra with this version S918BXXS5CXDF , used HOME_CSC_OXM_ so i kept all my data.
and now my phone show this
YASNAC app shows all ok
Play store:
but.....
Wallet still having a problem....
Edit: wallet update after 24hours. All works.

Clear Google Play Services data, then Google Play Store data and reboot your phone. Also YASNAC is not a good way to check if Google Pay will pass - SafetyNET is not considered as most important check - try Play Integrity API Checker app - you need to pass DEVICE_INTEGRITY to be able to pay using Google Pay. Also if you didn't unlocked your bootloader, you should pass STRONG_INTEGRITY.

I confirm, that after flashing a had the same. but I tried to add some cards and I was able to do it. after a few time I sow in wallet that my device is certified. but in google play it is not. I think need time to change it... I will write tomorrow.

Confirmed that the problem is XXS5CXDE, for some reason not passing CTS profile match (= not whitelisted by Google for payments).
Solution:
- download XXS5CXDF from samfw
- use Odin to flash XXS5CXDF (using HOME_CSC to retain data)
- wait 12/24 hours for Wallet Integrity Check

Same issue on my S23 Ultra.
I have region of Vietnam or something, but I live in Poland.
Anyway, latest May update messed my phone and now I can't Pay with phone.
I tried clearing data for Google Services and Google Play, Reboot - did not help.
I don't really want to flash any other firmware, cause I don't want to lose Call Recording possibility.
Probably I will wait for a fix, I hope it will arrive 🙁
Now I changed payment method to Blik remote payment (blik zblizeniowy) - it works.
it's either 2 way, Samsung or Google forgot to mark 5CXDE as safe/confirmed firmware, like @carlo3k said, or they fight region changing for no reason.

It's possible to downgrade from XDE to previous XC2? I don't know if the modem is downgradable.
