Hi, is this normal for a one year and two month old phone with 3900 mah, to be honest I have no idea and I would like to know if Wi-Fi Calling has any effect on battery consumption.

Yes, if you keep Wi-Fi calling always on, it will affect your battery because it is always running in the background. It is better to turn it off once you have used it.

Statistically speaking, that looks pretty reasonable given a normal daily usage I'd say.
