Voice over 5G (VoNR) is network dependent not software dependent in order to use VoNR you need to be able to use 5G standalone usually this requires for you to be on a specific price plan as far as I'm aware the only network to support VoNR is EE at the moment you can check what 5G connection you're on by going to sim card status in the settings and checking the mobile data/voice data network type
