Try deleting the apps from the phone and also from the MyLibrary in your Playstore and then re download a fresh copy of the app onto the phone.
You could also as a last resort clear data in the storage section however you'll lose your stored data if you do.
Check there are no pending updates for the apps.

In that case you might want to consider contacting the developer of the app to ask if they can assist further and also send feedback via your Samsung Members app @MM3301
