Will the S23U get the fullscreen AOD feature?

No I'm afraid only available on the S24ultra. The new update removed some features that was with ui6 before.

It would be nice but I doubt it, I think S23U screen gets only down to 24fps minimum.

Also I am kinda surprised that no one told you that it's a niche feature and just don't lock your phone and leave the screen open all the time.
